| I'm looking for someone who can design a high school math tutoring website for me. It would include Topics in algebra I,II, Geometry,Precalculus, and calculus.
Users should me able to
1)have a discussion form, upload file on that forum and also have access to pages where concepts are presented in form of a lecture
2) Have some interactive Test and quizzes ( multiple choices and may be free response
3)visualize animated graphic and video presentation of concepts
4) send questions to me for more detailed if need.
NB : I'm starting a sole owner business and have a limited budget.
