| Michigan Schools and Government CU has an opening for a Remote Services Specialist at our Clinton Twp location. The position has a mix of administrative and technical duties and is a great opportunity to enter the Information Systems field. This person will act as a liaison between the Credit Union and the various remote service vendors (i.e. internet banking, IVR, and ATM vendors). Responsible for report management; projects relating to internet banking; and management of the Auto Call Distribution software. Troubleshoots and resolves equipment problems relating to remote services. Works closely with other departments regarding delivery of information through remote services.
High school diploma and a minimum of 6 months financial industry experience/knowledge. Excellent detail orientation. Knowledge of computer software/hardware programs, maintenance, and capabilities. Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies. Strong level of verbal and written communication skills. Above average level of interpersonal skills is needed to effectively resolve problems and determine the needs of others, to collaborate with employees at all levels, and represent the Credit Union with outside vendors. A high level of analytical skill is needed to detect and resolve problems.
