| This position is responsible for supporting Kelly's eLearning application:
- Research, estimate, develop and test enhancements/change requests in Docent as prioritized by the business owner.
- Communicate project status to team lead.
- Participate in strategic discussions and planning sessions related to Kelly's eLearning efforts for internal and external customers.
Desirable qualifications and experience:

Bachelors degree required or relevant work experience and certifications. (i.e. SQL, ASP, Networking). 3-5 years of programming experience required. Other skills required:
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment
- Demonstrated proficiency trouble-shooting, developing and documenting applications.
- Advanced server-side and client-side JavaScript (JSSS, JSP), Active Server Pages (ASP) experience required. Intermediate level HTML/DHTML/XHTML, and XML.
- Demonstrated SQL experience, preferably SQL Server 2000. Experience writing stored procedures, triggers, and advanced SQL statements.
- Experience with web administration, IIS 6.0, and using Windows server technology, preferably Windows 2003. |
