| Transmission Team Summary:
The Transmission Team is currently made up of three analysts, supporting Treasury Management applications, and is responsible for processing and interpreting transmission requests, the transmission technical set up, customer testing, and production implementation of the client's external corporate customers file transmissions. The team interacts on a daily basis with Treasury Management Customer Service, external customer technical and functional staff and the client's Operational Departments. Verbal and written communication skills is a very important skill set that is required of the transmission team.
The Transmission Team has sufficient technical skills necessary to setup and support the mainframe JCL for batch transmissions, be experienced in FTP transmission protocol and have sufficient technical knowledge to interact with the I/S Infrastructure Departments.
The Transmission Team currently supports the following applications:
- ACH
- EDI
- ARP
- PRC
Using the following transmission protocols/methods:
- FTP
- Secure FTP
- Data Vault (Comerica brand for CyberArk)
- VPN
- Connect Direct
- Dial Up
The Transmission Team maintains problem resolution support 24 X 7 with the main hours of operation being from 8:00am EST – 6:00pm EST. Transmission set up and customer testing support is mainly 8:00am EST – 6:00pm EST, Monday-Friday.
