| Students that are interested in student employment: The Multimedia Service Center has twenty hours per week available for a long-term student employee (students typically stay in this position up to three years.) Areas in which students will become knowledgeable if hired for this position will include:
operating system installation and configuration, hardware and software preventive and corrective maintenance, graphic design and layout using such tools as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat, MS PowerPoint and Publisher, audio and video capture and clip creation, audio editing and manipulation, multimedia duplication techniques, multimedia streaming, project and resource management, and the general experience gained from working in a professional instructional information technology environment.
