| CTS-Companies a provider of Business Technology Services in the Michigan area is seeking a motivated individual to join our team. Based in Bloomfield Hills we have been servicing our customers for over 28 years. We are looking to fill a position installing and servicing a broad array of networking equipment, software, and services from companies like Microsoft, NEC, Juniper, Aruba, and AT&T. The individual will need to have good customer service skills.
Requirements:
3+ years experience with routing and switching technologies
3-5 years experience with installing and repairing Windows based operating systems (2000, 2003 and XP)
Be very proficient with the following protocols- PPP, Frame-Relay, TCP/IP
Knowledge of communication technologies- T1, ISDN
Designing and Implementing IPSec based VPNs
Familiar with Cisco CLI or like
Familiar with 802.11 based wireless technologies/standards
Telephony Experience, or required to learn on the job
Additional desired qualifications:
Juniper or Microsoft Certifications
Linux Certification or experience
Wireless Certification from any manufacturer
VoIP experience
Familiar with different storage technologies
