Maylong is one of the leading providers of portable GPS navigation product in the global market. With current customer base and fast business growth, it is our goal to enhance our customer services.
This position (Assistant Manager - Customer Service) will be responsible for handling and improving Maylong’s customer service. Through phone calls and emails, you will have direct communication with Maylong’s customers to understand the issues with our product, deliver solutions to satisfy the customers and handle some RMA issues. We expect the Assistant Manager to improve Maylong’s customer service & RMA processes too. You will find a dynamic and fast growing working environment with career growth potential.
Qualifications:
Candidates with the following qualifications are desired.
- Good verbal and writing communication skills
- Desire to improve customer service by trouble shooting issues and delivering viable solutions with patience & customer's satisfaction
- Good internet and MS Office applications skills
- Background with engineering & computer science is a plus
- Spanish in spoken and writing is a strong plus
- Willing to have flexible working hours
