Dr. Tianle Ma, CSE Assistant Professor, was awarded an NSF CRII grant on a 2 year project titled Self-Supervised Graph Neural Network Meta-Learning for Cancer Multi-Omics and Driver Discovery.
The NSF CRII program supports early-career scientists in computer and information science and engineering.
Dr. Ma’s research work focuses on biomedical informatics, artificial intelligence, and deep learning.
