Graduate students in CSE started the fall ’22 semester with an orientation session designed to introduce them to our faculty, learn about department, school, and campus resources, learn about the TA and RA appointment process, and answer questions they had about the graduate programs. Faculty held an interactive panel discussion on “How to Be a Successful Graduate Student,” offering advice on research and writing, networking, attending conferences, and more. Lunch was served to conclude the session.
